The Patient (Mrs. Jenny Wingfield) has been horribly injured in a fall from her balcony. Unable to communicate, it could have been an accident, a suicide bid or attempted murder. Relatives gather round her hospital bed as she is given a device that helps her convey a solution to the mystery.
