Evening Performances on all dates (except Sunday 30th November) at 7.30pm Matinee Performances on 29th, 30th November & 6th December at 2.30pm Here we go again…. our traditional family pantomime returns once again for your enjoyment. Come along as we follow the adventures and mis-adventures of Sleeping Beauty along with Nurse Hettie Harpic, the puddle-brained Muddles and two hapless heralds, Fetch and Carrie. The jokes come thick and fast, even though you just might have heard them all before – Oh yes you have!!! After winning the Noda District 5 award for ‘Best Director of a Pantomime’ in 2023 (‘Hansel and Gretel’) and receiving a nomination in the same category for Noda in 2024 (‘Dick Whittington’) and also a nomination from the GMDF for ‘Dick Whittington’ (also Best Director) Jenny Whur once again, against her better judgement (this year dragged kicking and screaming “never again” to the Director’s chair), takes the helm of our Traditional Christmas offering …. expect the unexpected …. we do!!! Talking of the unexpected, in addition to the GMDF Nomination for ‘Best Director of a Pantomime’, ‘Dick Whittington’ has been nominated for a total of 11 Awards (see News Room scroll down the page). Despite this, Jenny says “It is a great honour, but no matter what, I am not directing the panto next year, they will have me doing it when I’m 100!!! Watch out for the countdown clock to the start of ticket sales and when it hits ZERO do NOT wait ’til later.. be ready.. after the past few years you will be one of hundreds on-line and waiting to book!!
